Baritones and tenors prepare for the concert to begin. Roback started off with a speech describing what the concert was going to do, then ushered the group to the risers.
Chamber, Choir perform together for first time at concert
Choir Director Kimberly Roback works with a small group ensemble for the upcoming contest during class. "We have six ensembles this year, and there's a lot of kids doing solos. With all the snow days, it's been hard this year. There's a lot more pressure." Roback said, "Everybody feels behind, and it's not necessarily everyone's fault. So fingers crossed."

The Cello Section of Parkway North High School’s Symphonic Orchestra plays a piece at their Winter Orchestra Concert of Thursday, Feb. 27 in the theater. Orchestra students played a variety of pieces, from classical pieces to well-known songs from movies.
