Seniors say their last goodbyes at Senior Parade

Raising the minimum wage is not a new idea, as Missouri is one of 34 U.S. states and territories to raise pay beyond the federal mandate of $7.25 per hour. By comparison, Missouri’s expected wage rise to $15.00 per hour is slightly above average, with the highest being $17.00 per hour in the District of Columbia.

School Library Offers Variety of Exciting Activities
Miles Hines was dressed up as a Minecraft creeper for the majority of the night and enjoyed helping and seeing the kids be happy when accomplishing the activity. “I helped run the theater booth and there was a game where you stack blocks up and we helped kids learn how to play the game,” said Hines.
North Hosts 10th annual Track-or-Treat
JV cheerleaders get the crowd riled up by including them in their routine chant. It was a great way to get students ready for the homecoming football game and dance that weekend.

Senior Christian Dake takes some free throws at the end of the game to put North into a two point lead in the final seconds of the game, when shooting the free throws. “I think about my routine, which I've been doing daily for years, and having confidence that my muscle memory will lead to a make. The game against Parkway South went well because we came out with a win as a team. I wouldn't change anything about this game because the most important result happened which was winning,” Dake said.
