- Students are greeted at the pep rally by the color guard, marching band, and cheerleaders. As a part of the opening act, the groups all performed a special series of routines. "It's part of the spirit week where each grade level wins different competitions to see who gets the spirit stick," Dr. Mike Rizzo, the sophomore assistant principal said.
- Teachers Lindsey Melnick and Jennifer Mueller dress up for this year's homecoming theme, "Once Upon a Time". The two lead the rally by introducing and concluding each act while also giving flavorful commentary on each event
- After the introductions from Melnick and Mueller, the students started the tug of war between the grades. During the senior vs sophomore tug, senior Brock Lesner was told to sit out which caused major backlash from seniors, until fellow senior Ryan Thein sat out so Lesner could join.
- The Parkway District steppers show off their most recent routine. Senior Payton Robinson shows off her stepping moves as the crowd looks on.
- Freshmen Reesahn Galmore and Alarek Hayek, two finalists of the schoolwide bead tournament, play rock paper scissors to decide who will win all of the beads. Though there is no prize other than the beads themselves, tensions are high.
- JV cheerleaders get the crowd riled up by including them in their routine chant. It was a great way to get students ready for the homecoming football game and dance that weekend.
- Seniors Payton Robinson and Tra'vion West participate in a humorous class dance including a toy car. "[I liked] the amount of energy," said senior Marcus Collins. "You can tell they had practice... the effort they put into the act."
- Senior Martez Blair holds a pose during the steppers routine. Later in the pep rally, Blair was announced as one of the homecoming court finalists.
