December photo of the month: Burrus’s first year of in-person teaching

Second year teacher Tyler Burrus coordinates a freshman kickball game and explains the rules for his second block P.E. class, on Dec. 21 just before winter break starts. Although this is his second year at North, it’s his first being completely in-person. “This is my second year at North, and I think what I love is that all of our classes are so different. We have so many students who come from different backgrounds, but they all share the same goal and having fun in PE class and just getting up and active.”
